What is your refund policy?
No Refunds: There are no refunds for strawberries, cupcakes, cake pans, or banana pudding. If something is wrong with any of these items, we will remake the product at no additional cost.
Cakes: Refunds for cakes may be considered depending on the conditions and circumstances provided by the customer. If eligible, only 30% of the total price will be refunded.
What is the deposit and payment schedule for custom cakes?
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due immediately after placing your custom cake order.
Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due the day before your event, by 5 PM.
Important Note: If the first deposit is not paid, your order will not be scheduled for preparation. If the second deposit is not paid, we will contact you, and if not received within 2 hours of contact, your cake will not be delivered.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes, all deliveries include a delivery fee. The fee depends on your location. Please contact us for a personalized delivery quote.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, please wait for a confirmation text to confirm that your cake is on the schedule. Be sure to leave both your email and phone number so we can reach you if there are any questions or concerns.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
General Turnaround: For smaller orders, the turnaround time is typically 24 hours.
Custom Cakes: Cakes require a minimum of 4 days' notice, especially for larger cakes. If it's a 6-inch cake and simple decoration, we may be able to accommodate a 24-hour notice.
Can I place an order for cakes with less than 4 days' notice?
For custom cakes, we require at least 4 days' notice. However, if it’s a smaller 6-inch cake with minimal decoration, we may be able to accommodate a 24-hour notice depending on availability (contact us).
